My dating coach services are specifically designed for individuals who are highly motivated and committed to the coaching process. As a coach, I can be very direct and to the point. The Problem:
Apparent gender imbalances in the San Francisco Bay Area have greatly affected the dating scene. People who work and live in Silicon Valley commonly refer to San Jose as 'Man Jose.' Men often express frustration when they habitually encounter women who expect them to spend a lot of money on them or mistakenly over-inflate their desirability factor.
On the other hand, many women feel that they have such a numbers advantage that blowing off a potential partner is no big deal. In fact, most women are all too familiar with the saying "the odds are good, but the goods are odd".

- 30 minute combination of phone/email support
- 30 minute meeting for final review of profile and how to handle your new responses
- 30 minute follow-up to check in or discuss further profile tweaking

My dating coach services can tend to be rigorous. In order to see significant change, most clients will need to commit to spending at least 5 hours a week putting our coaching plan into action.
Individual coaching sessions can address a variety of concerns including:

- Learning how to improve your and read others' body language
- Learning how to write an effective online dating profile

- How not to scare potential partners off by being too desperate
- How to keep dates coming back for more
What are my responsibilities as a client?
- Arrive on time, place your cell phone on vibration, and do not make or take phone calls
- Have a realistic goal you would like to work towards achieving
- Fully engage in the process even if this may be uncomfortable
- Trust my professional assessment and follow my specific recommendations
- All coaching fees are to be paid in full prior to our sessions
- Complete assigned exercises before follow up sessions (if applicable)
Field coaching includes specific dating advice and recommendations based on direct observations. A typical scenario would be discretely observing a dinner date at a Bay Area restaurant from a nearby table. I can provide my dating advice directly to you but in a discreet manner.
Field coaching can also include 'wingwoman services'.
Field coaching clients have to be an existing client of Catherine Coaches (sm) and require a 2 hour minimum at a reduced rate.
Dating Tip: Talk About Neutral Subjects
First dates are not the time or the place to discuss prior relationships, political views, or religion. Talk about what interests you, what you are passionate about, and what makes you interesting
